Pianist Lanjiabao Ge started piano at the age of five with her mother and later continued learning organ as her secondary instrument. She is a winner of various International Competitions held in Germany, China and the United States.
Lanjiabao was propelled into the international stage when she won first prize at the 2nd Piano Competition Wiesbaden, Germany in 2002 at the age of 11. In 2010, Lanjiabao performed at the prestigious Kennedy Center for the Performing Art in Washington D.C. That same year she was awarded the First Place in the Young Artist Competition of the Hershey Symphony Orchestra (Elizabeth town College, PA) and she was chosen as the winning pianist to perform for the finale at Chicago College Performing of Arts in 2012. Lanjiabao performed at Carnegie Hall in New York City in March, 2019 for winning the First Prize of the Golden Classical Music Awards International Music Competition.
